Privacy policy

What we collect

When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and Google account ID. We never receive your password and never access Gmail, Drive or any other data.

When you buy a plan: the plan, amount, transfer reference and payment time. Your banking details are handled by your bank and SePay; we only receive the amount and the transfer description.

API keys: we store only a hash (never the key itself), the plan, expiry and status.

Usage logs: when your AI calls SoloM3 (search, read instructions, download items) we record the tool, item ID and time, to count downloads and prevent abuse.

IP address: used only for rate limits and to limit free trials; when stored, it is one-way hashed, never kept in plain form.

Cookies

Only necessary cookies: a sign-in session cookie (30 days) and a temporary cookie during Google sign-in (10 minutes). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use data

To issue and check keys, confirm payments, limit the free trial to one per account, help you if you lose a key, and prevent fraud. We do not sell or rent your data.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Google (sign-in), SePay and banks (payment matching). Each receives only the data its job needs.

Retention

Order records are kept as required for accounting and tax. Usage logs are kept for up to 12 months. Accounts and keys are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing nvsht8@gmail.com. We reply within 7 business days. Deleting your account revokes its keys.
